Today's extra includes a brief chat with RNIB chair, Eleanor Southwood (who is also chairing the panel on Accessibility Carrots and Sticks). She discusses the RNIB's focus on end user experience to inform what they do, as well as the need to help people with a vision impairment be confident with emerging tech. That's followed by a really interesting interview I had with Malin Rygg, Head of Authority for Universal Design of ICT for the Norwegian government (also on this panel), who outlined how they very effectively enforce the law on website accessibility the Norway way.
